With over 18 years experience in the fuel industry NQ Petro Pty Ltd has established itself as a market leader through an ongoing commitment to providing superior service and customer care. Our staff represent the best technicians in the industry with some having over twenty years experience in fuel service and supplies.

The business has 3 core offerings:

1) Fuel service, installation and maintenance
2) Road Tanker Maintenance, and
3) The Sale of Fuel related product.

With regard to the service and installation our coverage is extensive as we currently have seven technicians servicing the Far North and beyond. We also offer the specialised services of licensed gas fitters for work on LP Gas installations. A growing arm of the business is our Road Tanker service and maintenance centre based in our Cairns premises. We also offer expert tank testing via our specialist Leighton O’Brien  Masstech service. The business also supplies and services an extensive range of petroleum distribution equipment. 

We are a business that is fast growing; both in the geographical areas we operate and in the specialist services we offer. We have an exceptional reputation amongst the fuel industry and a proven track record in delivering projects on time and on budget. A snapshot of our recent key projects can demonstrate the breadth of our expertise.

Recent projects include:

Upgrades of two Caltex depots, Winton and Emerald.
Rehabilitation of a Major Shell retail site in Cairns including tank replacements.
Two new Reliance Petroleum Retail sites.
A Caltex Roadhouse site.
A major upgrade of the Navy Base in Cairns for the defence forces, which included 1.4 km of secondary contained fuel pipeline.

A current project involves full design and construction of a new retail site south of Cairns.

Our current client base includes key distributors who committed to our services in tank testing.  Two of these companies alone have 20 sites.  Based on our service levels generally within NQ, we continue to gain additional business.
