The Tanklock anti-theft fuel cap is designed to suit storage tanks with fill points integrated into the tank itself using a 2″ (50mm) male NPT thread. It’s equally perfect for excavators, backhoes, and other heavy machinery left on remote sites overnight.

How the Tanklock Works
This system features a rubber gasket seal to prevent leaks and an integrated safety thermal valve to handle temperature fluctuations. It works by screwing the Tanklock onto a 2″ male thread. Using the supplied key, you can deactivate the magnetic locking device, allowing the cap to free-spin and secure the tank’s contents. Activating the locking device enables you to remove the Tanklock, granting access to the tank.
The Tanklock is self-installing and requires no sealants, adhesives, tools, or additional locks like padlocks.

- Built-in valves equalize pressure and vacuum:
- Pressure release valve opens at 1.5 PSI.
