Warranty Return
Please fill out our warranty return form, and our support team will be in touch with you shortly.
We aim to ensure your satisfaction and handle returns with care. Items returned as "not required" must be in new, unused condition with original, clean packaging and within the manufacturer's guarantee period. These returns will incur a 25% restocking fee to cover administration costs. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used, soiled, or customized to a customer’s specification, unless they are suspected to be faulty. Customers are responsible for return carriage costs, though we may reimburse these if the item is deemed faulty and within the manufacturer’s warranty. Returns can only be made by prior arrangement, and items lost or damaged in transit must be claimed by the sender.
To return an item under warranty, please provide proof of purchase, a photo of the faulty product, and complete the form below. We will review your request and assist you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your cooperation.
