As part of this upgrade, our team delivered and installed three F.E.S. Grande 68kL self-bunded diesel storage tanks, ensuring a secure and reliable fuel supply for onsite generators and vehicle refuelling. All systems are seamlessly managed via the advanced Smartfill Gen3 Fluid Management System, providing our client with precision, control, and efficiency.
Our Nqpetro team ensured all components were fully integrated within the tank pump bays, delivering a complete, turnkey solution. Key inclusions featured in this project include:
- Gilbarco Frontier LV diesel dispensing
- TLS450 automatic tank gauging with ATG interface
- Fuel polishing systems
- Ebsray V35 unloading pump
- Gilbarco Red Jacket duty / standby submersible turbine pumps
- Full stairway and tank top walkway access system to AS1657
- Generator supply/return for three emergency generators
- Carbon steel pipework to AS4041 Class 2, completed by our in-house qualified welders
